Professional pest control designed for long-term protection — not one-time treatments. Standard plans include bi-monthly service visits with convenient monthly billing.

Initial Service Notice: New accounts require an initial startup service fee. If rodent bait stations or termite baiting systems are installed, installation fees apply. After startup, service transitions to the bi-monthly protection rate billed monthly.

Bi-monthly service covering common household pests. Includes unlimited retreatments for covered pests between visits.

German Roach Control Program – Starting at $50/month

German roaches require structured monthly service until activity is eliminated. Includes inspection, gel baits, growth regulators, and monitoring. Monthly visits required.

Specialty & High-Risk Pest Services

Some pests require specialized treatment methods and are handled as separate services outside general maintenance plans.
