Special Program: German Roaches

German roaches require a different approach and monthly treatments. Plans start at $50 / month after inspection (severity and size affect final pricing).

What’s Not Included in General Pest Plans

To keep pricing fair, certain higher-risk or specialty pests are handled as separate services based on inspection: yellowjackets / hornets, termites (unless added), bed bugs, and certain medically significant spiders (example: brown recluse). If you suspect any of these, we’ll quote the correct program and get you taken care of.
