Some homes may require an initial service or setup fee to get protection started properly. This helps us address current activity, establish a strong treatment barrier, and set up any added protection systems chosen with your plan.
- Initial Service Fee – may apply depending on home size, pest activity, and treatment needs.
- Termite Baiting System Setup – installation of the system requires a separate startup fee.
- Rodent Monitoring & Protection Setup – installation of monitoring stations or initial rodent setup requires a separate startup fee.
We explain any startup or installation costs up front before service begins, so there are no surprises.
Some pests require specialized treatment methods, equipment or service schedules that fall outside the scope of routine maintenance pest control. These situations often involve safety concerns, structural entry points, wildlife removal, or intensive treatment programs. Because of this, they are handled through separate treatment plans after inspection.
- Yellow Jackets & Hornets – defensive stinging insects that require specialized nest treatment and safety precautions.
- Brown Recluse Spiders – infestations often require targeted treatment plans and extended monitoring.
- Fleas & Ticks – infestations usually require coordinated indoor and outdoor treatments.
- Bats – removal requires professional wildlife exclusion and sealing structural entry points.
- Bedbugs – treatment requires specialized equipment and multiple treatment visits.
- Mosquitoes – typically handled through seasonal outdoor treatment programs.
- Exclusion Work – sealing entry points or repairing access areas is structural work handled separately.
If any of these issues are discovered during inspection, we will explain the problem and recommend the appropriate treatment options.
